The latest generation of printhead technology

Experience with the current printing ESC DTG Digital Direct Investment K3 the latest and most brilliant way of textiles.
The on-demand Micro Piezo inkjet technology offers you through the 8-chamber print head with 180 nozzles per chamber brilliant print results. In accordance with the principle of functioning Dropon-demand technology enables highly precise control of ink droplets with respect to size, shape and positioning on the substrate. In addition, the K3 offers a novel DTG White Ink Management System (WIMS) for reliable and-white prints. A new, integrated height sensor detects faults and folds in the fabric and thus helps to avoid damaging the printhead.

The ESC-DTG K3 features a special pumping system, the WIMS (White Ink Management System) for an optimized application of paint. In addition to the improved color management to high quality standards, the new plant is characterized by a simplified operation, increased production speed and a much lower maintenance.
