Hybrid printing on roll media with optional roll unit thus enabling to print on rigid boards and roll media up to 50 mm thickness.

- LH-100 hard UV ink for all flat surfaces offering high scratch and chemical resistance and colour brilliance
- LF-200 flexible UV ink for flat and uneven surfaces, approx. 200 % elasticity, for embossing and other post-processing tasks
- white ink underprint prevents the transmission of light
- glossy or matte finishing varnish with clear ink
- multi-layered prints with ink and/or gloss achieve a haptic difference with regard to conventional prints

UV curing print does not release harmful substances. The UV LED lamps need less power and have a longer lifetime. Waste reducing by environmentally friendly Mimaki Eco Cartridges.

Post Curing Unit
A post curing unit is part of JFXplus series standard equipment. It cures the print after its first exposure by UV LED lamps thus enabling nearly double the print speed as previous models. Meet your clients’ needs by increased productivity and flexibility.

Roll unit RU-160 (optional)
Print on rigid media and roll material with the same machine.
While printing on rigid media up to 50 mm thickness is standard, JFXplus series answers the market demands for hybrid printing on roll media by the optionally available roll unit RU-160.

- Please note that properties and viscosity of the inks can vary because of environmental conditions.
- Please test the material’s printability before printing.
- Some substrates require primer before printing. Please test materials beforehand.
Note - safety
UV light may harm the operator’s health.Therefore the following safety advices should strictly be observed:
- Do not look directly into the UV light source. Protect your eyes and your skin.
- Depending on print mode some materials might evaporate harmful vapours during the printing process. Do not inhale!
