Modern electromechanical semi-automatic machine with high precision for graphite coating of motor pistons equipped with vertical indexing table for 4 piston holders
Operation sequence:

Determination of positions (rotation by 360°)
- for easy and fast loading the motor piston is being inserted into the holder in 9-o’clock-position
- afterwards the cycle is being started by means of foot switch or in automatic mode.
- the piston is being positioned underneath the stencil to 12- o’clock-position
- while the piston is on its way from 9-o’clock to 12-o’clock position, pre-registration is being effected
- in 12-o’clock position the piston is being fixed mechanically
- after fixation the print process starts
- during the print process contemporaneously a new piston can be inserted in 9-o’clock-position
- the coated piston can be optically inspected afterwards in 3-o’clock position
- take-off of the printed piston in 6-o’clock position

- die holder tailor-made tool manufactured in accordance with customer’s specifications, piston samples and drawing (dxf file)
- Alu-Perfecta stencil manufactured in accordance with customer’s specifications (sample piston res. drawing as dxf file), ready for print
ESC automatic graphite feeding system
- rust-proof storage container for ink (contents 24 l)
- integrated stirring device to permanently assure smooth and consistent graphite texture
- flexible hose connection made of stainless steel (1.4301) between pressure tank and PBK/E machine
- especially fine dosing nozzle integrated between squeegee and flood coater, complete with hardware and software
- manometer for compressed air control
- supplied with all electrical connections and circuit points including hardware and software
- additional manual key functions to activate automatic graphite feeding
