semi-automatic precision screen printing machine especially conceived for the printing of silicone wafers for solar cells
Standard features:
- equipped with three replaceable pneumatic lay stops for wafer alignment (size: 127 x 127 mm and 152 x 152 mm) and four pop-up pins with suction cup for fast and easy manual loading and off-loading
- efficient, energy-saving and less air exhaustion
- three lay stops with slight taper and four pop-up pins with suction cup to work together, convenient loading/off-loading to prevent wafer damage
- high-grade linear sliders for absolutely smooth and silent machine motions
- DC motor with encoder is adopted to drive printing cycle, fast and precise positioning, digitally preset printing stroke and speed
- metal vacuum table with vacuum table with micrometric fine adjustment in x-y-axis
- laid out with six printing cycle modes to be selected to meet various kinds of substrates
