ESC-PERFECTA® IC Junior
Universal automatic washing machine designed in desk form entirely made of stainless steel (1.4301) conceived to clean screens, pad printing clichés,
ink pans, etc.
Standard features:
- for transport the washing cabin can be detached from the tanks
- non-contact cleaning by means of nozzle bars running at the top and at the bottom
- space-saving design as the PERFECTA® IC 2-tank-system for pre-washing and rinsing is integrated in the machine base
- bottom rinsing in the tanks to avoid ink sedimentation
- odourless - compliance with permissible exposure limits <MAC>
- freely programmable logic controller PLC with touch screen
- compliance with ATEX and CE directives
Optional extras:
- second external skin (floor pan) made of chromium-plated steel to prevent solvents from floating away in case of leakage in the main tank
- separate nozzle bar for blowing-out the cleaned items with compressed air laid out with re-inforced exhaust air fan
