STAND-ALONE AUTOMATION
ATMA-TIC 80PD/C model is collocated with auto in/output structure and visual registering system, configured with visual auxiliary screen registering and printing alignment to make operator getting started easier, every refilling to pile up can produce continuously 1~4 hours to lower greatly manpower need.
APPLICATION
Suitable for screen printing various type of thin film which request for fast production capacity, such as In-mould Decoration (IMD/IMF), Membrane Switch, Nameplate, Automotive Interior Decoration, Helmet Sticker, Motorbike Vehicle Decals, etc.
INNOVATIVE FEATURES:
- HIGH PRECISION OVERPRINT: CCD registering system is configured at printing section to correct substrate instantly, precise and one-time positioning to achieve fast production easily
- VISUAL AUXILIARY SCREEN REGISTERING: Screen centered positioning can be done quickly through monitor and complete screen registering within 2 minutes, reduce time of staff preliminary work.
- MULTI-AXIS ADJUSTABLE HMI: It is convenient for operator to adjust arbitrarily the position and angle of HMI.
- SAFETY STRUT: Safety is priority to assure no injury due to accidental operation or mechanical failure while screen cleaning.
Standard equipment
FRAMEWORK STRUCTURE:
• Integral Molding Design: chassis of feeding and printing section are combined,
framework integral molding design, quick and easy positioning to reduce time of
calibration.
• Standalone Automation: entire machine is transmitted by servo, equipped with auto
in/outlet and CCD system, streamline manpower to raise efficiency, high yield rate
and stable quality production.
STACK FEEDING STRUCTURE:
• Stack Plank Up Down: power of the lifting platform is driven by servo motor + reducer.
• Feeding Platform: material is piled up on platform, collocated with air blow + suction
cup shaking to pickup and prevent materials from overlapping, staffs doesn’t need
standby long time to place materials.
• Feeding Transportation: configured with 10 pieces of suction cups (including 4 pieces
of shaking suction cups), quick mechanical motion, stable and high repeatability.
PRINTING TRANSPORTATION STRUCTURE:
• Servo Drive: printing stroke is driven by servo motor, fast movement, digital setting
stroke and speed.
• Quick and Easy Adjustment: integrated various adjusting mechanisms such as
angle / depth / printing pressure of the squeegee / flood coater.
• Convenient Screen Cleaning: guide rail cylinder of the print head lifting device
facilitates to exchange the squeegee / flood coater / screen and residual ink
cleaning.
• Table Height Micro-adjustment Knob: four corners of frame holder has individual
height micro-adjustment knob, unilateral side of frame height can be adjusted in
according to printing need to compensate frame slight deformation.
AUTO REGISTRATION PLATFORM STRUCTURE:
• Visual Registering: 2 CCD are configured at beneath table, capturing image from
bottom to top, collocated with registration rotary platform for quick registering to
achieve high accuracy of overprint.
• Visual Screen Registering : 2 CCD are configured at beneath table, manually move
screen target to FOV center to attain quick screen positioning.
• Vacuum Function: vacuum suction power can be regulated to assure different
thickness of substrate to be fixed firmly.
AUTO DISCHARGE STRUCTURE:
• Auto Discharge: complete printing, vacuum suction cups enters onto table to take
out the substrate and place onto IR or UV Dryer, save time and labor.
• Discharge Suction Cups: equipped with 8 pieces of vacuum suction cups, depending
on the substrate size and printing location, suction cups can be adjusted individually
to avoid printing area.
• Placement Height: can be adjusted in according to dryer conveyor to avoid discharge
deviation.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
• Light Barrier Protection: front and rear side of machine is equipped with contrast
type light barrier, automatic induction protection.
• Safety Struts: mechanical structure, bilateral struts are pulled up individually to
prevent effectively falling down upon screen cleaning to ensure operation safety.
OPTIONAL FEATURES:
• Anti-static Bar: generates ions, the use ions to impact target to eliminate
electrostatic on the substrate. (600 mm).
• Cleaning Roller: clean the substrate before printing to raise yield rate. (water cleaning
high tacky Silicone roller)
• Dripless Squeegee (swing type): complete printing, squeegee swings toward to flood
coater and avoid residual ink dropping onto mesh to cause uneven ink coating,
influence printing ink layer uniformity.
